Abra Aziagbe-Zilevu, MD, a board-certified family medicine physician, provides high-quality evidence-based care as well as a comprehensive approach to treating patients. Dr. Aziagbe-Zilevu’s model focuses on patient-centered care and shared decision making as she believes that patients should actively participate in their care. She emphasizes the importance of building a long lasting and trustworthy relationship with patients. Dr. Aziagbe-Zilevu is trained in treating both acute and chronic conditions including but not limited to hypertension, hyperlipidemia, diabetes, thyroid disease, arthritis, osteoporosis, asthma, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, contraception, back pain, depression, well and sick visits.Dr. Aziagbe-Zilevu graduated from Ross University School of Medicine and completed her residency at Hoboken University Medical Center. She received a well-rounded education and trained to meet the diverse health needs for patients of all ages. Dr. Aziagbe has a passion for women’s health as well as preventative medicine. She also holds a Master of Public Health (MPH) degree with a focus in community health sciences from The State University of New York (SUNY) Downstate Health Sciences University and is a member of the American Academy of Family Physicians (AAFP).
