The Nutrition and Wellness Center at Bridgeport Hospital provides nutrition therapy to meet the medical needs of our clients. Individual, confidential coaching and medical nutrition therapy with a Registered Dietitian is available. Every client is provided a personalized nutrition assessment, diet history, diet instruction and goals based on a customized plan to meet their specific nutritional needs and to fit their individual lifestyle.
