CARE Program
Coordinated Assessment and Referral for the Elderly (CARE) helps to locate community resources for those over age 60. Home-visit, mental-health-assessment, and counseling referrals are also available. This free service is funded by a grant from the Southwestern Connecticut Agency on Aging.
